Prepare surfaces and painting applications to ensure Engineering materials are suitably protected from environmental decay/corrosion.

Surface preparation & paint applications on various Engineering metal surfaces [Internally & Externally].

Assess application processes & newly applied protective layers.

Identify coating damages on established installations & recommend Scope of work to repair.

Perform inspections on newly prepared & deteriorated/damaged surfaces.

All above work carried out with detailed inspection reports accordingly.

VALVE TRADING:

Supply of new valves to suite Parameters.

INSPECTION PROCESSES:

Blast profile readings.

Soluble Salts testing [Weber Reilly Method].

Dust and Debris Testing [Tape test Method].

Degreasing.

Pinhole testing on request.

Databook book compilation as per requirements.

All above as per MSDS certificates.
